Why standard of heroes? Stories about the tiny feature of d2 that gets glossed over! I know there are people who create special named chars that might want to add on special items.
I think in total, I might've personalized 1 or 2 items? So, this is wrong, only if you get the Hall of Pain wp, and kill Nik, will Anya's portal close. A silly aspect (quest reward, but is also super sweet) is Anya's personalization! When I first started playing, I never used to finish this because.who cares? Then my reason was "keep that because after you go through Nik the portal closes!".
